Cookies Analytics and Advertising

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): collects usage statistics such as pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate region, and referring site. We use them to analyse site performance. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): records events such as page views and inquiry form submissions. We use them to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads on Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram. Meta processes this data under its own data policy.
• When you submit the inquiry form, we send these services only the fact that an inquiry was submitted. We do not send your name, phone number, email or message.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
• Scope: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are active on every page of this website (Chinese, English and Japanese) when it loads. This website does not show a cookie consent banner; you can opt out at any time as described below.
• Retention: Google Analytics 4 user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically by Google. Aggregated reports are not affected.
• Controller and purposes: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are set up by JR International Ltd. (家氏滷國際有限公司). We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse how the website is used and Meta Pixel (ID 2050375125648637) to measure ad performance. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and device information to measure browsing behaviour.
• Data analysis: Google Analytics 4 data is also exported to Google BigQuery for our analysis of website use. The data is stored in a Google data centre in Taiwan and is kept for no longer than the Google Analytics 4 retention period.

Personal data collected by the inquiry form

• When you contact us through the inquiry form on this website, we collect the following information you provide: company or store name, name, phone number, email address, LINE ID (optional), business type, estimated monthly volume and message. We use them only to reply to your inquiry and to provide quotes.
• Storage and retention: Form data is stored by email in the company mailbox and kept until 5 years after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted.
• Disclosure: We do not provide your data to any third party outside the company for other purposes. It is processed only by our service providers Cloudflare (form verification, which processes visitor IP addresses) and Resend (sending the notification email) on our behalf. These providers may process data outside Taiwan.
• If you do not provide data: Providing your data is voluntary, but if you do not provide the required fields, we cannot reply to your inquiry or provide a quote.
